WE is a young but rapidly growing law firm founded in 2018 by a team of enthusiastic lawyers. We have extensive experience in providing legal advisory services in corporate law and private equity with the involvement of international jurisdictions and without them. There is also significant experience in conducting a full cycle of M&A, including Due Diligence of companies and assets.
As a result of our distinctive legal approach, our company has become a recognized fast-growing firm in less than three years.
