Dana’s Experience:

Dana has significant experience as a lawyer in fintech companies and the oil and gas industry. Her professional activities include participation in the development of policies and guidelines for AIFC, as well as obtaining MSB licenses in North America, Europe and AIFC. Dana has also accompanied draft legislation concepts in the oil and gas and fintech sectors. She specializes in AIFC law and is certified in the AIFC Foundations program.

In addition, Dana has experience in AML/CFT, including detailed analysis of customers, businesses, transactions and monitoring of financial transactions. Her skills also include developing AML/CFT systems and policies, as well as interfacing with local and foreign financial intelligence services such as FINTRACK. In addition, she has experience in conducting comprehensive audits of companies to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations.
