On June 30, 2022, an online seminar was held on the topic: “The impact of anti-Russian sanctions on corporate structures in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.

The speaker was Zhibek Balabekova, the partner at WE Legal.

The webinar was organized jointly with “Best Profi”.

The topic of sanctions today is an extremely urgent problem. Is there an impact on Kazakhstan, and what? It must be understood that not only a legal entity but also individual individuals can be subject to sanctions. What does this threaten Kazakhstan? What we can do? How to comply with sanctions and not fall under secondary?
